At present only Australian shipping is available via our website. For international shipping enquiries, please email us at herbaapotheca@gmail.com with order details so we can provide you with a quote which includes accurate shipping totals.


Wherever possible we choose to use recycled packaging, whilst at the same time making sure your order is packed securely and safely.


We utilise both Australia Post and courier services to ship your order. When your order has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.

DELIVERIESWe want you to get your hands on our amazing products as fast as possible so we strive to have your order on it’s way to you within a couple of days of payment clearing. Many of our products, such as our balms and lotions are prepared to order to ensure you get the freshest possible product, therefore if you have these products in your order, we advise that there may be a 48 hour wait for us to prepare your order. Once your order leaves our hands, you will receive a tracking advice and number so you can await your items with great anticipation! After your order has shipped, depending on your location within Australia, it could take up to five to seven days to get to you. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 days of it being sent so we can follow this up for you.

RETURNS/CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to be exhilarated with your Herba Apotheca products so, please, if any product does not leave you satisfied, let us know so we can rectify the situation.
If something comes up, as we all know life does take unexpected turns, and you wish to cancel your order, we can do this as long as your order has not yet shipped from us. Once your order is in transit, we unfortunately cannot refund your order.

Returns of product WILL ONLY be accepted if the packaging has not been disturbed and ALL products are intact and in their unused, original condition. Product returns will be at the buyers expense. We will need you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order in order to organise the return. Failure to do this may see your return being denied.
